Tony Faure
Good morning, everybody. My title is Tony Faure, I’m the Chair of oOh!media Restricted. It is now the scheduled time for the assembly, and I’m suggested that the mandatory quorum is current. I subsequently have the pleasure of declaring the 2026 oOh!media Restricted Annual Normal Assembly open.
I want to start by acknowledging the normal custodians of the land on which we meet at the moment, the Cammeraygal folks of the Eora Nation. I pay my respects to their elders, previous and current, and prolong that respect to all aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples becoming a member of us at the moment.
I stay on Gadigal land, work right here on Cammeraygal land in North Sydney, and I used to be raised in London within the U.Okay., the place the historical past and presence of indigenous communities is much much less seen and fewer formally acknowledged. Residing and dealing in Australia has given me a deeper appreciation for the enduring connection that First Nations peoples must nation, a connection that spans greater than 60,000 years. It is a privilege to stay and work on this land, and I acknowledge the significance of continuous to hear, study and mirror.
I might prefer to thank our shareholders for his or her attendance, whether or not it is in particular person right here at our North Sydney workplace or listening to the audio of the assembly by the webcast.
Right now, I am joined by my fellow administrators, CEO and Managing Director, James Taylor; and Non-Govt Administrators, Philippa Kelly, Tim Miles, who’s becoming a member of us on-line. Have we acquired Tim? Oh no, audio, sorry. Joe Pollard and David Wiadrowski. Additionally right here
