Good morning. I might prefer to welcome everybody to the 2025 Annual Normal Assembly of Macmahon Holding. My title is Hamish Tyrwhitt, and I am the Chair of Macmahon Board of Administrators.
I might prefer to take this chance to acknowledge the normal custodians of the land at which we meet immediately, the Whadjuk folks, and pay my respect to elders previous and current. We lengthen that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander folks and nonindigenous individuals.
I am joined at immediately’s assembly by Mick Finnegan, our Managing Director and CEO; Dharma Chandran, an Impartial Non-Govt Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Tradition Committee; Greg Evans, an Impartial Non-Govt Director and Chair of the Audit and Danger Committee; David Gibbs, Non-Govt Director of AMMT nominee; and Grahame White, an Impartial Non-Govt Director.
I am additionally joined by Ursula Lummis, our Chief Monetary Officer; Maha Chaar, our Normal Counsel and Firm Secretary; in addition to different members of the manager administration workforce.
