Meraas, a part of Dubai Holding Actual Property, has awarded a contract price AED1.9bn ($517m) to United Engineering Development (UNEC) to construct The Acres, an unique standalone villa group in Dubailand.
The settlement covers the venture’s first launch, comprising 642 villas and group services, with completion scheduled for This autumn 2027.
