Investigators reportedly discovered cocaine and fentanyl hidden inside Barbie doll packaging that had been bought to a number of unsuspecting prospects in Missouri final weekend.
The incident occurred on March 21 after low cost retailer Cargo Largo reported discovering a “suspicious powder substance” within the packaging of the dolls, the Independence Police Division (IPD) reported.

The retailer added in an announcement that whereas preliminary checks indicated the presence of fentanyl, further checks confirmed that the substance was cocaine with hint quantities of fentanyl.
