US Secretary of State Rubio says his State Division:
- intends to designate Cartel de los Soles as a Overseas Terrorist Group (FTO). Headed by the illegitimate Nicolás Maduro, the group has corrupted the establishments of presidency in Venezuela and is chargeable for terrorist violence carried out by and with different designated FTOs in addition to for trafficking medicine into america and Europe.
